yummy...A senior/sophomore relationship lands a popular jock in hot water in MTV's second feature film, Jailbait!, which premieres Sunday, April 16 exclusively on MTV.

Adam Fisher (Kevin Mundy) turns 18 and finds his indiscretions sending him on a collision course with the law, facing trumped-up charges after consensual sex with Gynger (Alycia Purrott). The case immediately turns into a media circus when district attorney Leslie Stone (Mo Gaffney) climbs upon a moral soapbox and seeks a conviction in hopes of being elected mayor of her smalltown. Adam puts his fate into the hands of incompetent, opportunistic lawyer Chuck Clopperman (Scott McCord), hot- tempered long-term girlfriend Amber (Reagan Pasternak), and his clueless, conservative parents, Patti (Mary Gross) and Al (Matt Frewer). Soon, our dimwitted protagonist and his not-so innocent "partner in crime" face privacy invasion that would make even Monica Lewinsky blush.

Jailbait! is produced in conjunction with Stanley M. Brooks' Once Upon A Time Films.

Jailbait! is directed by Allan Moyle (Pump Up The Volume) and written by Tim Garrick and Scott Russell.

Jailbait! is musically charged with MTV superstars including blink-182, Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Creed, Rob Zombie, Powerman 5000 and Bush.

All the songs on the soundtrack are prominently featured in the film. Supervising Producer is Spencer Proffer.

MTV will premiere the movie on April 16 and air it multiple times after that date.

MTV will start pre-promotion of the film in March with MTV News and featured artist segments, and bumpers including the video for Fenix TX's "All My Fault."

"All My Fault" by Fenix TX impacts at Modern Rock Radio February 28th. The video for "All My Fault" will be delivered by March 20th to begin airing on MTV April 3rd.

"All My Fault" is featured at full volume in a party scene and over the end credits.

A custom 30-second spot for the Jailbait! soundtrack will air on MTV immediately following each airing of the movie. The spot will also run in between air dates.

MTV's tune-in advertising includes key artist info and front cover art for the soundtrack.

Highlights of the campaign include print advertising in Entertainment Weekly, wall-posting in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, and 60-second radio spots (including soundtrack details) on Modern Rock stations in the Top 20 DMAs.

The second soundtrack single for release in May will be "Warm Machine" by Bush.

An internet flashcard featuring the movie and album will be emailed to each artist's fan databases with tune-in info, album track listing and links to MTV's (# 1 music site) and each artist's site.
